Renovations Almost Complete.

Changes always take longer than planned.  Our Grand opening will not be before Thanksgiving, however, Items already available online will remain available through the finishing of our remodeling.

We are hoping to have Holiday meals and dishes available for Thanksgiving delivery. Please check back or email for updates.

Food is prepared as ordered and is shipped shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.  This is to ensure safe arrival of frozen food.

Meals are listed as a day of the week. This started as a tool to help organize the meals.

You can order meals individually or in packages. Foods will be packaged to reheat in “boil-in-the-bag” fashion, but could be reheated in microwave.  Food is shipped frozen via DHL with dry ice or an ice pack.  All shipments will arrive in 1 or 2 days of shipment. Cost will vary with number of meals ordered and distance of travel.

Payment can be made via credit card (on left side of screen… after checkout is started) or PayPal.

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account.

Rice Pudding

1/4 cup white rice

2 cups rice milk

1/4 cup non-dairy creamer

2 Tblsp raisins

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 small cinnamon stick

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole pan.  Bake @ 325º for 1??½ - 2½ hrs stirring after 1 hour and every 30min until rice is soft and pudding is thick. Remove cinnamon stick before serving.  Serves 8
